Unfunded Infrastructure Report
Since 1968, Buckeye Hills Regional Council has been engaged in assisting local communities in accessing resources that will further community and economic development efforts. During that time, investment in basic infrastructure has been central in building the regional economy to the level of today. It has also become clear that continued investment in these resources are critical to ensuring a successful future for the region.
To further quantify infrastructure needs, Buckeye Hills Regional Council launched an Infrastructure Needs Survey effort in April 2018.
This effort was undertaken in an effort to be prepared for potential federal infrastructure programming regularly discussed by the Trump Administration and members of Congress.
The effort was focused on gathering information to build a regional case for investment in public infrastructure in southeastern Ohio.
